Living in South Four Corners

South Four Corners is a great community with approximately 1,200 homes nestled between Sligo Creek Parkway, Dennis Avenue, University Boulevard, Colesville Road and Forest Glen Road.

Approximately one mile to the Forest Glen Metro (Red Line), easy access to major commuter routes and minutes to downtown Silver Spring. Walking distance to the grocery store, post office, coffee shop, bakery, dry cleaners, banks and a few local restaurants.

Community Activities
The Citizens Association sponsors a number of great activities including an ice cream social, garden tours, block parties, National Night Out, Adopt-A-Road, Community Day, Halloween Parade, Community Yard Sale, holiday festivities, movie in the park, and more.

Amenities (within a few minutes)
Walk, run or bike the great trail along Sligo Creek or hike along Northwest Branch Park. Spend an afternoon at one of the many parks, ride the train at Wheaton Regional Park or take a class at Brookside Gardens.

Shop at Trader Joes, Whole Foods, The Loft, DSW and other great independent retailers. Enjoy one of the nearly 200 events each year that Downtown Silver Spring hosts including the annual Jazz Festival, parades, concerts, arts & craft fairs, cultural festivals and more. Grab dinner at some great restaurants and then head to the American Film Institute. Don’t forget about the year-round Farmers Market so many of us enjoy.

Keep in mind the National Mall is just 7 miles from downtown Silver Spring and the heart of Bethesda is only 4 miles away.
